A quick look at the step-by-step process we use to capture and market your listing
Step 1 - Connect
After scheduling your shoot we will hop on a phone call to connect, talk about your brand, and learn about the listing in an effort to get the inside scoop on features you want to show off as well as any aspects to downplay.
Step 2 - Capture
The day of the shoot we will arrive a few minutes early to prep our camera gear, and take a quick tour of the property. From there we zoom around like photo ninjas capturing the best angles of the listing inside and out - along the way charming the homeowner with bad puns.
Step 3 - Contact
48-72 hours later your email inbox will happily announce that your files are ready and you will receive an email from us with the final images or video ready to download and list to the MLS!

        Do you offer package deals? 
        Yes! Many agents choose to get both the photo and video package together. It's an easy way to simplify scheduling and often easier for the home owner.

        How many real estate agents have you worked with?
        Lots! In the past several year's we have pressed the shutter button over 85,000 times and captured hundreds of gigabytes of media at listings in the Tacoma, Gig Harbor, and Seattle area for many different agents, teams, and companies.

        What forms of payment do you accept? 
        We use an online invoicing and payment service that accepts credit and debit cards. We can also take checks and cash!

        Can you capture my vacant land or property?
        Yep! We are often called to photograph or 
        film plots of land that will soon become
        a home or new community.

        How are the final files delivered?
        Final files will be sent over in a dropbox folder to your email. We also can upload video files directly to your youtube or vimeo page!
        My listing is far away! Can you drive to it?
        Yes! We live in a beautiful state and sometimes 
        the best homes are set far off the beaten path.
        We are happy to drive 30+ minutes but will 
        charge a bit extra.

        I would love a 360° walkthrough. Do you offer that?
        Yep! We now offer a 360 walkthrough using Matterport and we are happy to talk with you to capture it!

        What if I want a change in the pics or video?
        If you don't love your final videos or photos after
        we send them we are happy to make any 
        specific changes you might want!

        Do you offer refunds?
        We do our best to guarantee the amazingness of our work since we're so passionate but at the end of the day if you're not 100% satisfied we're happy to refund the cost.
